Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your participation in the SPIEL'24 contents (the "Contest") organized by Meeple Master ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By entering this Contest, you agree to abide by these TOS.

1. Eligibility:

• The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Only one entry per contestant is allowed.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Meeple Master are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

• The Contest will run from October 5, 2024, to October 8, 2024.

3. Prize:

• The prize for the Contest is the SOLO + CO-OP Expension Pack for Theme Park Mania.
• Only one winner will be selected.

4. How to Enter:

• Participants must submit their contact information during the Contest Period.
• Entries must be submitted through the form on this page.
• Any incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Determination:

• The winner will be determined randomly.
• The decision of Meeple Master is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

6. Notification of Winner:

• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the Contest ends.
• The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize.
• Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Redemption:

• The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address when the SOLO + CO-OP Expansion Pack produced (medio April 2026).
• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with the prize.

8. Publicity:

• By participating in the Contest, you grant Meeple Master the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Terms:

• Meeple Master reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these TOS or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

By entering the Contest, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the Contest.
